Players must first progress through Caria Manor in northern Liurnia and pledge their service to Ranni at her tower. This opens up subsequent objectives that lead deep into the underground networks of the Lands Between.
As you advance her story, you will eventually need to retrieve the Fingerslayer Blade from the Sacred Ground of Night in Nokron. Handing this relic over to Ranni shifts the state of her towers and progresses the narrative forward. Unlocking the Gateway at Renna's Rise
